The troubles continue for the Phoenix Suns.
The Suns were taken down by the San Antonio Spurs without Victor Wembanyama on Thursday night, and fans were shaking their heads afterward.
As noted by Hoop Central on X, the Suns are now 1-7 over the last eight games.
“What needs to change in Phoenix?” they asked, and many people were wondering the same thing.

The Suns were taken down by the Portland Trail Blazers (twice), Oklahoma City Thunder, Denver Nuggets, Memphis Grizzlies, and Houston Rockets before their loss to the Spurs on Thursday.
Since the start of February, the Suns have only defeated one team: the Utah Jazz, and they barely beat them in overtime.
This hasn’t been a great stretch of games for the Suns, but it also hasn’t been a great season either.
They remain the 11th seed in the West with a 26-29 record and wouldn’t even qualify for the play-in tournament if it started today.
They need to rack up some important wins over the next week, but it’s not clear how they will do it.
They will next face the Chicago Bulls, followed by the Toronto Raptors, Memphis Grizzlies, and New Orleans Pelicans twice.
If they can score some victories, fans will feel better and will think that perhaps March will be kinder to them than February has been.
After a messy first half of the season and a complicated trade deadline, there are a ton of questions about the future of this team.
The more they lose, the larger those questions become.
