NBA stars spend hours upon hours every day working on their bodies and making sure they are in great shape, but they still love a delicious fast food meal.
Tyler Herro of the Miami Heat is apparently a big fan of Raising Cane’s and spent some time working at one of their locations recently.
A video shared by NBACentral on X featured Herro behind the counter at Raising Cane’s, wearing a very different kind of uniform than he is used to.
Herro said this was an opportunity to give back to his community, and that is exactly what he did.
He chatted with his customers, commented on their orders, and even talked a bit of basketball.

Herro has had a very good week.
He won the NBA three-point contest at All-Star Weekend and then got to partake in the big game too.
It was just the latest highlight of 2024-25 for Herro, who is averaging 23.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game for the Heat.
Just a few years ago, he was a bench player and there were a ton of questions about his future with the team.
But now he has secured a spot in the starting lineup and is in fact one of the Heat’s most important players.
From Sixth Man of the Year to All-Star, Herro has come a long way during his six seasons in the NBA.
This will probably be the last time Herro works at a fast food establishment because his future in the NBA is now certain.
We don’t know if he will be a lifelong Heat player, but the team is clearly very happy with what Herro is doing this year.
He’s selling fried chicken during his days off but always cooking on the court.
