The Boston Celtics have been shockingly inconsistent over the last six games and people are starting to ask questions.
The reigning champions have gone 3-3 and can’t seem to find a rhythm.
Jrue Holiday opened up about the team’s current struggles and his plans to get through them.
“Sometimes you just go through it. I’m pretty sure people in life just go through it — you’re not really sure what it is. You try to stay as consistent as possible, doing the right things, and eventually that will carry out in a good way,” Holiday said, via Noa Dalzell of CLNS.
Asked Jrue Holiday what he thinks the Celtics’ issue has been — effort, rhythm, a slump:

This all started on Jan. 5, when the Celtics were taken down 105-92 by the Oklahoma City Thunder.
They then secured a win against the Denver Nuggets but were defeated by the Sacramento Kings.
That was followed by a victory over the New Orleans Pelicans, but they lost to the Toronto Raptors on Jan. 15.
That loss was the most shocking of them all because the Raptors are an inferior team and the Celtics should have had an easy win over them.
It’s not common for the Celtics to lose so often, but they have faced more defeats than normal since the end of December.
Is it time to panic?
Not according to Holiday, who said the team has to keep doing the right things while looking ahead and knowing eventually they will climb out of this.
Next up for the Celtics are the Orlando Magic, Atlanta Hawks and Golden State Warriors.
They might be the favorites in all of those games, but the Celtics have been taken down by teams they expected to easily defeat.
These next few games will be very important for Boston, and it’ll give it a chance to reclaim its consistency and calm its nervous fans.
