Zach LaVine has been a rumored trade target for several years now, but the Chicago Bulls have never found a new home for him.
That may change this season and there could be multiple teams vying to acquire him.
According to Jake Fischer, the Phoenix Suns could end up landing LaVine before the upcoming NBA trade deadline in February.
“Sources say Phoenix, to name one example, could emerge with interest in exploring a swap of Bradley Beal for LaVine, sources said, depending on how the rest of the trade landscape develops in the coming weeks,” Fischer reported, via NBACentral.

The Bradley Beal contract situation has been incredibly difficult for the Suns.
Beal is one of the few NBA stars who has a no-trade clause written into his contract, which means moving him to another team requires that he give the green light.
Beal isn’t going anywhere unless he wants to, which severely limits the Suns’ chances of getting more support around Kevin Durant and Devin Booker.
They are exploring different teams and trying to find one that Beal will agree to since he likely won’t waive his clause and give Phoenix total control.
How would he feel about playing for the Bulls?
If Beal likes the idea of being in Chicago, the Suns could work out a trade that sends him to the Windy City and LaVine to Phoenix.
LaVine is having a very strong season, averaging 24.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.5 assists on 51.3 percent from the field and 45.1 percent from the three-point line.
Would the Suns be able to acquire him and Jimmy Butler?
They could be a very active team over the next few weeks as the deadline quickly approaches.
