The Golden State Warriors don’t look like championship contenders right now, with a lacking record and a number of disappointing losses throughout the season.
But that doesn’t mean they should be counted out.
In fact, according to Steph Curry, the team could still have a shot at making serious noise in the playoffs.
“100% feel like we can beat anybody in a playoff series because we’ve done it… We’ve been there,” Curry said to Ohm Youngmisuk, via Legion Hoops.

Right now, the Golden State Warriors wouldn’t even qualify for the Play-In Tournament if it started today.
They are currently the 11th seed in the West with a 21-21 record and would have to climb up to the 10th spot to even have a shot at making the playoffs.
The Warriors have been remarkably inconsistent for months and have gone 5-5 in their last 10 games.
Although they have had a ton of problems again and again, Curry still thinks they’d have a chance if they made it to the postseason.
He is right when he says his team has plenty of experience.
In fact, they have more recent playoff experience than just about any other team in the Western Conference.
The playoffs are very different from the regular season and winning a seven-game series requires expertise and a proven track record.
That is exactly what the Warriors have.
Even with their problems, they have a few of the strongest veterans in the league and one of the most respected and accomplished coaches of all time.
They could be fierce competitors in the playoffs, but will they make it that far?
