Cameron Payne has made some fans since coming to the New York Knicks this season, but his haircut hasn’t fared as well.
Payne recently appeared on the “Roommates Show” with Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart and his teammates couldn’t help but bring up the fact that a lot of people are making fun of his haircut online.
In a video shared by NBACentral, Payne attempted to defend his cut over the laughter of his friends.
It’s a very funny moment that might be slightly embarrassing for Payne but it also proves the Knicks’ chemistry is strong.

Payne came to the Knicks in the offseason after playing for other teams like the Oklahoma City Thunder, Chicago Bulls, Phoenix Suns, and more.
He seems like a good fit in New York and has averaged 7.5 points and 3.1 assists per game so far.
Although those numbers are a bit below what he did a few years ago, Payne has added much-needed depth to the Knicks’ roster.
Plus, he is getting along very well with the rest of the squad, especially Brunson and Hart.
Being invited on their show and then being made fun of is proof that Brunson and Hart really like working with Payne, which is a great sign for Knicks fans.
Chemistry has been a huge part of this team recently and it is one of the reasons why people are excited to see what they can achieve.
So even though Payne might not like the critiques his haircut has received, he is surely happy to laugh about it with his Knicks teammates.
