England all-rounder Charlie Dean, who has 46 WT20I wickets at an economy of 6.91, has been named Molineux’s replacement.
Molineux picked up the injury after the completion of India’s tour of Australia in December last year and will not recover in time to play the season.
The left-arm spin bowling all-rounder was an integral part of RCB-W’s squad in WPL 2024, accounting for 12 wickets in 10 matches, including a memorable three-wicket over in the final.
England’s Dean comes into the side with the experience of operating primarily in the middle and death overs, and will add a wealth of skill to the squad as RCB look to defend its title.
