The USA men’s cricket team on Tuesday defended 122 runs against Oman in a World Cup League 2 match, the lowest total defended in a One-Day International that did not have overs reduced or a revised target.
Nosthush Kenjige claimed five wickets as the visitor bundled out Oman for 65 runs, the side’s lowest total in ODIs.
The previous record was held by India which defended 125 runs against Pakistan in Sharjah in 1985.
