He’s been with them for less than a full season, but could Paul George’s time with the Philadelphia 76ers be coming to an end?
Things haven’t been going very well in Philadelphia, and there is a chance George could be leaving the team after playing just 30 games with them.
According to Keith Pompey, via NBACentral, both the Atlanta Hawks and Golden State Warriors are “showing interest” in George.
Will that interest transform into an actual offer, and will the Sixers take it?

George has put up an average of 17.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 4.7 assists during the 2024-25 season.
However, he has once again missed games because of injuries and has only appeared in 30 matches.
Of course, he isn’t the only one and the team has been plagued by injuries all season long.
They are currently the 11th seed in the East with a 19-29 record.
Their complicated season has people wondering if Philadelphia will make changes before the deadline.
When George came to the team in the summer, people envisioned him as the missing piece the Sixers needed, but things haven’t been as smooth as expected.
The Warriors wanted George in the offseason, but they couldn’t compete with the Sixers.
Have things changed, and could they get lucky this time?
What would the Warriors and Hawks be willing to put up to get George?
Will the 76ers hold onto their plans of a big three featuring George, Joel Embiid, and Tyrese Maxey, or listen to offers before Thursday’s deadline?
A few months ago, the idea sounded preposterous, but this season has been brutal, and the possibility shouldn’t be completely counted out.
