The Golden State Warriors have been without Draymond Green for a couple of weeks as the four-time All-Star has recovered from a calf injury.
Since the Warriors are currently the 11th seed in the West, they need all the help they can get and wish for Green to be back on the court soon.
According to head coach Steve Kerr, Green is on “the right track” and should be with his team next week.
“He scrimmaged today, and he will practice with us tomorrow. We’re expecting him to play next week sometime,” Kerr said, per 95.7 The Game.

Even with some on-court scuffles and off-court drama, Green has remained remarkably consistent over the last few seasons.
This year, he is averaging 8.4 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 5.5 assists and is shooting 41.5 percent from the field.
That is in line with last season, when he posted 8.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 6.0 assists.
Beyond the numbers, Green has always been a backbone of the team and has been a crucial part of their chemistry and culture.
He is always missed when he isn’t able to play.
Over the next week, the Warriors will battle against the Orlando Magic, Utah Jazz, Los Angeles Lakers, and Chicago Bulls.
Which game will Green be ready for?
Of course, it’s important to remember the Warriors might look very different by the end of next week.
The upcoming trade deadline could really shake up the roster and send away some key players.
But it could also bring in new talent and improve the team’s chances.
Green might be coming back to his team at a very pivotal moment, and he will need to get to work right away.
