Fans of the Philadelphia 76ers believe in Joel Embiid, but they haven’t seen a lot of him lately.
He has only played in 13 games this season because of several injuries that have held him back.
Sadly, this isn’t anything new.
In fact, Legion Hoops shared a stunning fact that was broadcast during the Sixers’ win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday.
Embiid has played in 446 during his career, but he has also missed 400 because of injuries.
Embiid has sat out of 47 percent of games, which is a disappointing and worrisome fact.
This is an absolutely insane stat

Right now, it’s Embiid’s knee that is causing him problems and keeping him on the sidelines.
The team is hoping that he will be healthy and ready to play again soon, but even when he’s back, the fanbase will be worried about the next injury that will get in his way.
It seems to be one thing after another with Embiid and he cannot stay consistently healthy.
When he’s in good shape, he’s a major help for the 76ers.
He is averaging 24.4 points and 7.9 rebounds per game when he isn’t in street clothes and is still a force to be reckoned with.
The Sixers try their hardest without him, but they struggle when Embiid isn’t on the floor.
Unfortunately, the team has had awful luck with injuries all season long.
Paul George, Andre Drummond, and Jared McCain are just some of the players currently on the injury report.
But Embiid’s problems seem even bigger because they continue to pop up season after season.
At this rate, he is coming dangerously close to missing more games than he has played.
