The Milwaukee Bucks left a slow start to the season in the rearview mirror.
Nonetheless, they’re still not satisfied.
They know that they need to make the most of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s pairing with Damian Lillard.
More than that, they know that they can’t afford another disappointing end of the season.
With that in mind, they’re reportedly looking to land another star.
However, due to their salary-cap situation and the new CBA, they will need to part ways with several high-priced players to achieve this.
Of course, that makes Khris Middleton the odd man out.
According to Bovada Casino, the former NBA champion is likely to end up with the Miami Heat (via NBA Central).

According to the report, the Heat are the clear favorites to acquire Middleton, with the Detroit Pistons, Washington Wizards, Toronto Raptors, and Minnesota Timberwolves rounding out the list.
Middleton has a player option for next season, which means he could choose to opt out and become a free agent.
Then again, considering how he’s played lately, his recent performance, and his struggles, teams may be hesitant to offer him another lucrative contract.
If he ends up with the Heat, chances are that the Bucks will find a way to get Jimmy Butler, whose days in South Florida seem to be all but over.
