JaVale McGee has played for multiple teams during his 16 years in the NBA.
Some people forget he has won three championships, two with the Golden State Warriors and one with the Los Angeles Lakers.
NBA fans haven’t seen McGee since last season when he played for the Sacramento Kings, but he may be back in the league soon.
According to Evan Sidery, the Indiana Pacers are “expressing interest” in McGee, partly because they have lost both James Wiseman and Isaiah Jackson to season-ending Achilles tears.

McGee’s career average is currently 7.6 points and 5.0 rebounds and he posted 4.0 points and 2.7 rebounds last season when he played for the Sacramento Kings.
McGee might not be a starting big man for the Pacers, but he’d provide experience and skill off the bench, which could really come in handy because Indiana has high hopes of having a long season and pushing far into the playoffs again.
He got his start with the Washington Wizards before moving to the Denver Nuggets, Philadelphia 76ers, Dallas Mavericks, Warriors, Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Phoenix Suns, and Sacramento Kings.
McGee has been all over the league and has made a name for himself as a reliable and motivated big man.
The Pacers are currently the seventh seed in the East with a 3-4 record.
One thing has been made very clear so far this season: the Eastern Conference is much tougher than it was last year and the Pacers will need to stay healthy with a deep roster all season if they want to go to the playoffs.
McGee could give them much-needed help and size for the long season ahead.
