Slowly but surely, the Sacramento Kings are getting back into playoff form.
They have been in very good shape since the firing of head coach Mike Brown and are currently eighth in the West with a 22-20 record.
There are multiple stars shining brightly in Sacramento, including big man Domantas Sabonis.
Sabonis has been a dominant and crucial part of the team’s plans and has been doing terrific things all over the court.
In fact, according to Legion Hoops, Saboinis is leading the league in 3-point shooting at 48.4 percent.
This has been a wonderful season for Sabonis, but what does it mean for his Kings?

Sabonis is landing 1.2 of his 2.4 3-point attempts every game.
He is also averaging 20.8 points and 6.3 assists per game, and leads the league in rebounds with 14.2 per game.
If those numbers hold, it will be his third season in a row that he has league-high rebounds.
In short, Sabonis has been doing just about everything for his team and has remained consistent since the very first game.
That is one of the reasons why fans were so frustrated by the lack of progress for the Kings. They have great players and a ton of talent, so why weren’t they doing better?
Apparently, Brown was a big part of the problem because the team has been thriving without him.
Sabonis was an All-Star two seasons ago and people are hoping he makes his way back into the game next month.
He is definitely posting numbers that are deserving of All-Star recognition.
From grabbing boards to shooting threes, Sabonis has been a one-stop shop for greatness this year and the Kings are benefiting because of that.
