The years have passed, and multiple superstars have taken the NBA by storm.
However, even despite all of that, Michael Jordan continues to stand in a tier of his own.
Jordan’s fandom has always taken things to the next step.
He was the most influential basketball player of all time, someone who truly made the game global.
At some point, he may have been either the most famous or one of the three most famous people on Earth.
That’s why seeing some of their fans go to big lengths to showcase their admiration for him hasn’t been unusual.
That happened again with a fan who got a tattoo on the front and back of his body (via Bleacher Report).

Of course, it didn’t take long before this went viral on social media.
Needless to say, that’s a little much.
Then again, it’s also his choice.
The fans surrounding Michael Jordan continue to be as strong as ever, and that’s unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.
Maybe younger fans will take a different approach to him one day, but for now, even with all the accolades LeBron James has accumulated or all the talk about Kobe Bryant’s mentality and resemblance to Jordan, the Chicago Bulls legend is still unmatched.
There’s no point in debating whether he, James, or anybody else is the greatest to ever do it.
